thats why i am trying to nail down a date and location asap so we can all budget to get there. maybe even able to do car/bus pooling if there are enough ppl interested..

April might be ok anything before that is out for me I have enough going on at the moment sorry. With the baby due in January and going back to UNI. I need to take into account expense also.

i will contact a few motels & venues and see if they give discounts for large bookings etc (depending on numbers)
if we are able to work out the destination over the next 2 weeks then advance bookings usually give great discounts.

If you want somewhere central then Alice Springs would have to be the most central location from a national point of view... but the Sunshine Coast is the centre of the known universe.
