thats why i am trying to nail down a date and location asap so we can all budget to get there. maybe even able to do car/bus pooling if there are enough ppl interested..

i will contact a few motels & venues and see if they give discounts for large bookings etc (depending on numbers)
if we are able to work out the destination over the next 2 weeks then advance bookings usually give great discounts.
