Have a BMW 650 and Harley Sportster. Ride to work everyday, take off on the weekends.

Looking for sponsors to do Dakar in 2010, if I get the invite; and doing a solo world trip on my BMW taking about 2 years.

I live 6 miles from the nearest shop, in the cottage that I restored myself, bathing in the rivers, cooking on a campfire and sleeping in an old barn with bats and god knows what else, did all this while working full time, restoring my farm, getting animals and building a garden where I grow my own food, a greenhouse, goat house and barn. After 8 years I have a cottage one step up from camping rolling on the floor laughing but sometimes I miss the camping and put the tent up in the field and sleep in it.

I took my 9 year old son on two push bikes camping up the west coast of scotland doing the inner and outer hebrides, camping, cooking and sleeping out eveynight.

I dont know - most men who do the trendy brialbikes/quads have pickups and trailers waiting for them, with girlfriends who cook in a tent fit for everest base camp with all the equipment for an expedition to the arctic.

dunno wave

i enjoy riding 4x4 chasing after cattle and can drive the old ute's chasing them to... havent done this in ages, have to get to visit my sis n bro inlaw property which, dont get to do as often as i would like.

Go camping for couple of days at a time, couple of times a year. Good things come to those who wait so they say.

I build custom bikes/frames/tanks etc as a side business and I seem to be pretty good at it . About 10-20% of my customers are women and they make great customers . They generally know what they want out of a bike(but not necessarily how to get it) they tend not to make massive changes every week when the build is on and if you treat them with a little respect they don't jerk you about like many of my male customers try to do. As a biker and a bike builder I think that the more women on bikes is an awesome thing

Now here is a question I can not find an answer to here in Ireland

Been a woman my hands are small and I want some of those "double" clutch and brake leavers that bring them a little closer - not techncial terms here sorry - where can I get them for a harley sportster 883 custom? and could my bike garage fit them for me?

wink
