i am curious about meditation, does anyone have any advise? good sites to go to or a method that works for them successfully. i am going to develop my aura reading abilities and i believe that deep meditation is one of mayor factors for better interpretations.

shit you know Ive always wanted to learn the techniques. I tried with a friend once we went to the classes twice but all we did was crack up laughing at the look on everyones face rolling eyes

I heard its very good though and worth doing.Its just not for me Ive never been able to control where I laugh, I get a fit and thats it.laugh laugh laugh

My granny's 92 who is a spiritual/meditation guru loves to put on weird Chinese and classical music in the mornings because she says it helps wake u up and open your surroundings but at the same time its relaxing. Who knows, Granny's no expert but she really looks into those kinds of things.

Yeah when I lived in Elizabeth Bay I had a good friend that was heavily into it she would tell me about her dreams and things and she was one to always have incense burning.

She told me a dream once where she seen the white knight or something like bloody that, but it was suppose to be something to do with meditation. Personally I thought she smoked to much pot.
