we're a combative species, in olden days it'd be fighting with other people for food/resources/partners, which would be violent, nowadays its all about spreading rumors and public perception. ruining people's perception of another person you dislike seems to be the weapon of choice. i suppose its just natural that people compete for stuff, this worlds not perfect and in pretty much everything we do theres always a pyramid hirachial structure 1 boss 15 managers 3000 workers, we're taught from young to do everything we can to be the one on top, and thats pretty scary if you can distance yourself from it and realize what its doing to our society. other than that all i can do is offer advice, don't play there game, they want to lust for power, then just quit, get a different job, hang around with different friends, move out of state so your family cant get to you.
