High - finally made a definate decision to stay where I am and not move back to Melbourne

Low - a week later my landlord put my house on the market.

Low - Canberra winter power bill arrived, which lead to the discovery there is no insulation, and my landlord doesn't give a rats what I pay in electricity or my carbon footprint.

High - News the ACT getting compulsory Energy Efficiency Ratings for rental properties. (we've had them for home sales for about ten years and it made a massive difference) My landlord is going to get slammed with an EER0. dancing banana that should cost him dearly. Karma
